Consultation, needs assessment, and customized care plan. Your treatment will revolve around a combination of massage techniques and stretching, and may also include cupping, percussion therapy, and other manual therapy based on individual needs. Please be advised that your session may take as much as 2.5 hours.

Mini Treatment Session

45 - 60 minutes: $150

Focused treatment addressing localized pain or discomfort based on client request. This therapy may include a combination of techniques including but not limited to deep tissue, percussion, cupping and active isolated stretching This session may take up to 1 hour based on client needs and is best for returning clients or someone experiencing localized pain not due to acute injury.

Tension Relief

75 minutes: $130

Swedish Massage delivered with light to firm pressure. Your treatment may include combination of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation as well as hot stones, or aromatherapy. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Prenatal

60 minutes: $125

Custom massage designed for expecting mothers. A consultation with your therapist and the use of pillows or a pregnancy cushion ensures that your needs are met. This treatment is delivered in a side-lying position and delivers soothing strokes with light to medium pressure that helps to relieve stress on weight-bearing joints, reduces neck and back pain, and aids in the elimination of fluid retention.

90 minutes: $225

This treatment focuses on the healing benefits CBD such as reducing inflammation throughout the body and relieving muscular pain and tension. Your treatment will be tailored tailor to fit your individual needs; this therapy may include Swedish, deep tissue techniques, and percussion or a combination of modalities.

This treatment is recommended for individuals recovering from Injury or medical conditions which may be performed as part of a larger treatment plan for someone in the care of physician. Massage and manual therapy techniques are used to manage pain, treat hypotonicity, reduce scar tissue, and increase range of motion and/or flexibility. Assessment and progress reports will be available at the end of each session. This treatment is commonly used for post-surgery, plantar fasciitis sports injury, carpal tunnel, stroke, and cancer recovery.
